Pre-order Publications

When placing a pre-order it is understood that that the book will only ship when the book is published. This may be many months after the you place your order. The price does no include any import taxes or duties that your country may apply. These will be for you to settle with the relevant authorities should such payments be required.

 

Images shown are of our prototype books. These prototype designs are to indicate what the final publications will look like and to uncover any issues in production. The final product may have some minor changes, such as a font change or adjustments necessary to create the high quality finished product.

It is your responsibility to inform us of your correct address and any changes to that address. We are not responsible for books mailed to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Securing Vouchers

Purchasing a Securing Voucher on one of our products is designed to assist you to secure a product and pay the balance at a later date. You will be purchasing a non-refundable voucher. However you can decide to use it to purchase a different product at any time. If you wish to do this, you will need to email us and we will release your reservation of the secured book and email you a voucher code to the same value, which can be applied at checkout when purchasing one of our other titles. You can pass this voucher code on to another person. Codes will only work once. Any orders received will be with the understanding that you have read these terms and agree to them.
