This program was filmed during May and was screened during August 2009.
The BBC program features Paul Martin from 'Flog It' buying art and antiques from well-known dealers and then selling them to make a profit. This profit goes to a good cause, like reuniting a family and funding a new horse for a charity. Books Illustrated was approached to take part in this series and, because the producer of the show was so impressed with illustration as an interesting and different art to collect, they decided to feature us in two shows. We are sure that this will show the country that book illustrations are not only fascinating items to collect, but great investments too.
