Gill Parker

It was whilst studying ‘A’ level art at South Wilts Grammar School in Salisbury that Gill Parker was first introduced to sculpture. In 1982 she took up sculpture, initially as a hobby, and then pursued it as a career, taking her first bronzes to London in the early 1980s where they were purchased by Garrards and Aspreys.

Early support and encouragement by the Sladmore Gallery led to her first one-women exhibition in November 1984, with further solo and group exhibitions at galleries in London and Los Angeles.

Gill has been commissioned to create works of art for an array of sporting events, including a monumental sculpture of the 'Motivator' racehorse at Ascot in 2006, and a series of world-wide commissions for Chloe Boutiques and Emirates first call lounges.

Gill is available for private commissions should you wish to have a unique work for your home, garden of place of business. Please email us with a brief description of your requirements.
