David Wyatt

Born in West Sussex in 1968, David Wyatt was inspired by the countryside, reading and the imagery of graphic novels and comics. After leaving college at age 18, he pursued a career in rock music, which offered great experience but minor success.

His first job was illustrating Tharg's Future Shock for 2000AD, and he went on to develop his style through experimenting with various media. Now based in Devon, he predominantly works digitally on children's books, fantasy book covers and album covers, but is moving back to illustrating more with acrylics and watercolour.
