Anne Yvonne Gilbert
Anne Yvonne Gilbert was born and broughtup in Northumbland and studied art at Newcastle College and Liverpool College of Art. After lecturing for five years she became a freelance illustrator in 1978.
In 1985 she won The Golden Stamp Award, and designed The World's Most Beautiful Stamp for the British Post Office.
