Graduating from Exeter College of Art and Design in 1991, Christian won his first contract almost immediately. The book has now sold in excess of 1.5 million copies - The Night Before Christmas.
He has gone on to produce many fine illustrated children's books, including The Classic Tales of Hans Andersen, The lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, A Christmas Carol and Sleeping Beauty.
